What can I use for free?
Create unlimited photo and emoji stickers, add and edit descriptions, browse Memories and the calendar, set daily reminders, use Cream and Dot paper, sync with private iCloud, and add the small Today’s Collage widget. Eligible daily recaps, saving journal or recap pictures to Photos, and video exports with a watermark are free. Export My Data also stays free.
What does Fliksy Pro include?
Pro adds monthly recap playback, seasonal wrap-up summaries, watermark-free video exports, individual sticker exports (including WhatsApp and iMessage), and Sage, Sky, Tomato and custom photo backgrounds. Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime unlock the same features. Open Settings → Upgrade to Fliksy Pro to see current prices and any trial you are eligible for.
Where is my seasonal wrap-up?
A seasonal summary appears in Memories when you have moments from the previous quarter. It is available for 30 days after the quarter ends and disappears once opened. It requires Pro, and a new journal may not have one yet.
Why can’t I play a daily or monthly recap?
Recaps appear when the selected day or month contains at least three stickers. Daily recap playback is free; monthly recap playback requires Pro. Add more moments if needed, then return to that day or month in Memories.
How do I export a Story video?
Open a day’s title menu and choose Share Day Video. Free exports include the Fliksy watermark; Pro removes it. Choose a save or share destination and allow the relevant Photos access if prompted.
How do I export an individual sticker?
Individual sticker exports require Pro. Open a sticker and choose Share, Save to Photos, Add to WhatsApp or Add to iMessage. Saving a whole journal or daily recap picture to Photos stays free.
What happens when my Pro subscription ends?
Your journal, descriptions and memories stay available. A color or photo background already applied stays in place. New premium background selections, individual sticker exports and monthly recap playback require active Pro access. Free video exports include a watermark. Private iCloud sync, daily reminders and Export My Data stay free.
How do I restore a Pro purchase?
In Fliksy Settings, tap Restore Purchases. Make sure the App Store is signed into the Apple Account used for the original purchase and that you have an internet connection. See Apple’s restore-purchase guidance. If access is still missing, email us with the Support ID shown in Fliksy Settings.
How do I cancel a subscription or request a refund?
Open iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Fliksy to manage or cancel renewal. Deleting Fliksy or erasing journal data does not cancel billing. Lifetime has no subscription renewal. See Apple’s cancellation instructions or request a refund through Apple.
My journal isn’t syncing with iCloud. What should I check?
iCloud sync is free for every plan. Check that both devices use the same Apple Account, iCloud is available with enough storage, and iCloud sync is enabled in Fliksy Settings. Connect to the internet and allow time for changes to sync. Keep the device that still has your memories intact while troubleshooting; contact support before erasing data or reinstalling.
How do I add the Today’s Collage widget?
Touch and hold your Home Screen, choose Edit → Add Widget, search for Fliksy, and add Today’s Collage. The existing small widget is free and displays today’s collage after you add stickers in Fliksy. iOS controls how quickly widget updates appear.
How do Journaling Suggestions work?
When you choose a Journaling Suggestion, Fliksy imports the items you select into your journal. Suggestions depend on what Apple makes available on your device and the permissions you allow. You can manage those permissions in iOS Settings.
How do I export or erase my journal data?
Open Settings → Privacy & Safety in Fliksy and choose Export My Data or Erase My Data. Previously synced iCloud data, backups, and copies exported to other apps may need separate attention. See the Privacy Policy for details, or email us for a privacy or purchase-data request.
