By installing or using Fliksy, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Fliksy is an iOS beta for creating personal and shared sticker-based memories, including daily canvases, Shared Timelines, widgets, and story video exports.

You keep ownership of the photos, stickers, notes, and other content you create. When you add content to a Shared Timeline, you allow invited participants to view and interact with that content as part of the shared experience.

You are responsible for the content you create, share, export, or invite others to view.

• Do not share illegal, abusive, harassing, hateful, explicit, or harmful content.
• Do not violate another person’s privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights.
• Do not tamper with, reverse-engineer, or intentionally disrupt Fliksy or its sync systems.
• Do not use invite links, reports, or shared timelines to spam or harass others.

Shared Timelines are meant for people you know and trust. Invite access should be shared thoughtfully. Participants may contribute content, and network or iCloud conditions may affect when shared changes appear.

We may review reports and may remove content or restrict access when content violates these terms, community guidelines, or applicable law.

Fliksy is currently provided as beta software through TestFlight. Features may change, break, or be removed while the app is being improved.
