Fliksy is a personal visual journal operated by Mathieu Lamvohee. By using the app or this website, you agree to these terms. Fliksy is intended for people aged 13 and over. No Fliksy account is required.

The App Store version of Fliksy is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). These terms describe the service and website and do not replace that licence or limit your statutory consumer rights.

Fliksy lets you turn photos into stickers, add emojis and descriptions, and arrange your daily timeline. You can browse past days in Memories, view your calendar, watch daily and monthly recap videos when there are enough stickers, export Story videos, and use the small Today’s Collage widget.

Unlimited sticker journaling, browsing and editing memories, daily reminders, Cream and Dot paper, daily recap playback, private iCloud sync and the small widget are free. Saving journal or recap pictures to Photos and exporting original journal data are free. Free video exports include a watermark.

Pro adds monthly recap playback, seasonal wrap-up summaries, watermark-free video exports, individual sticker exports (including saving individual stickers to Photos and sending them to WhatsApp or iMessage), and Sage, Sky, Tomato and custom photo backgrounds. Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime unlock the same Pro features.

Seasonal summaries require moments from the previous quarter. They appear in Memories during the 30 days after that quarter ends and disappear after you open them. A new journal may not have a seasonal summary immediately.

If Pro expires, your existing journal and descriptions remain available, and a premium background already applied stays in place. New premium background selections, individual sticker exports and monthly recap playback require active Pro access. Only the features described in the app at purchase are included. Future features or release dates are not promised by these terms.

Apple processes in-app payments. RevenueCat validates purchases and manages Pro access, as explained in our Privacy Policy. The app shows the applicable price, billing period, and any eligible trial before you confirm a purchase.

Monthly and Yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple Account. Lifetime is a one-time purchase of Pro access without recurring subscription charges. Deleting the app or erasing your journal does not cancel a subscription.

Use iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions to manage or cancel a subscription. See Apple’s cancellation instructions. Refund requests for Apple-billed purchases are handled through Apple’s purchase support, subject to Apple’s rules and applicable law.

To recover an eligible existing purchase, use Restore Purchases in Fliksy Settings while signed into the Apple Account used for that purchase.

You keep ownership of your photos, stickers, descriptions, and other journal content. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to use or share it.

Use Fliksy lawfully, respect other people’s privacy and intellectual property, and do not intentionally disrupt the app or its services. When you export content to another app or send it to someone, that destination’s rules apply to the copy you share.

Journal content is stored on your device and can sync through your private iCloud database. Sync requires iCloud to be enabled and available. Apple services, device storage, network conditions, and the permissions you grant can affect related features.

You can edit or delete journal items and use Export My Data or Erase My Data in Settings → Privacy & Safety. The Privacy Policy explains iCloud, backup, exported-copy, and purchase-record limitations. Keep your own copies of memories you want to preserve.

We may update the app and these terms as the service changes. The current terms and revision date will be published here.
